Football Insider reports that Manchester United are fearful they will not be able to easily let Harry Maguire leave the club due to their sky-high wages.
The 30-year-old centre-back has become an understudy at Old Trafford. Only Trafford, with Erik ten Hag unhappy Raphael Varane and Leesandro Martinez as the main centre-back pair. While sometimes Victor Lindelof and Luke Shaw also made their first appearances.
There is speculation that the “Red Devils” will find a way to let Maguire leave the team to bring money to the Dutch boss to use for next season’s ufabet team.
However, followed by a £200,000-per-week wage figure, United fear it will be difficult to find a club willing to pay that figure unless Maguire agrees to drop it.
